Thurstonland Cricket Club

We are a friendly village cricket club with a thriving women and girls section.

Many of our girls play in both our U13 girls team in the Hudds girls softball cricket league and our mixed sides at U9, U11, U13, U15 and U17.

Our women's softball team plays in the West Yorkshire Women and Girls Cricket League (Huddersfield group), while our hardball team is currently playing friendly fixtures and hoping to enter into a league in the next two years.

We train on Tuesdays:

5:30-6:30 is our junior girls and mums session, which is all softball cricket and ideal for girls in year 6 and below

6:30-8:00 is our older girls and women's session, which is a mixture of hardball and softball cricket and is aimed at girls in year 7+, or girls in year 5/6 who currently play hardball cricket
